Why teams pick CrowdStack
One price, everything on it
Every user gets every product. There is no tier where SLAs, knowledge base or automation unlock, and no second hub to buy when sales wants a pipeline.
Revenue next to the conversation
Connect Stripe and MRR, plan and churn risk show on the ticket, the contact and the company. HubSpot needs Commerce Hub or a third-party sync to get close.
Set up in an afternoon
No onboarding fee, no implementation partner. Forward your support address, connect Stripe, invite the team.
Outreach without a second hub
Campaigns are on every seat. Build a multi-step sequence, add people from a saved view, send from your own mailboxes and let replies stop the sequence. HubSpot sells sequences inside Sales Hub and caps how many you can enrol.
Built for product companies
Turn a ticket into a task, collect feedback on a public roadmap, and keep the wiki where the tickets are. HubSpot has none of the three.

Where HubSpot is the better choice
We would rather you pick the right tool than pick us. Stay on HubSpot if you need human live chat, phone or WhatsApp support, newsletters and marketing automation, open and click tracking, meeting scheduling, quoting, a Slack integration, or the marketplace of apps that comes with a platform of HubSpot's size. CrowdStack is for teams who want support, CRM, outreach and revenue in one place without paying for a marketing suite they will not use.

Common questions
Is CrowdStack a HubSpot alternative?
For support, CRM, outbound sequences and revenue reporting, yes. CrowdStack replaces Service Hub, the core of Sales Hub including sequences, and the spreadsheet most teams keep for Stripe metrics, and adds tasks, a feedback board and a wiki. It does not replace Marketing Hub: there are no newsletters, ad management or landing page builder.
How does the price compare for a team of five?
Five users on CrowdStack cost £140 a month at the full rate, with every product and 2500 pooled credits included. Five seats on HubSpot's Starter Customer Platform list at £18 a seat a month on an annual term (£90 for five) but leave out SLAs, a knowledge base, CSAT and most automation; the Professional bundle that includes them lists at £1,270 a month for 6 seats plus a mandatory one-off onboarding fee.
Can I import my data from HubSpot?
Contacts and companies import from a CSV export of HubSpot, including custom properties mapped to custom fields. Email us at support@crowdstack.org before you switch and we will walk through the mapping with you.
Does CrowdStack have email sequences like HubSpot?
Yes. Campaigns are multi-step sequences with a delay between steps, merge fields, a send window and weekdays-only sending. You add people from the contact picker, a saved view or the Contacts bulk bar, send from one or more of your own SMTP mailboxes with daily limits, and a reply stops the sequence and lands in a shared Replies inbox. Unsubscribes and bounces go on an org-wide do-not-email list. There is no open or click tracking and no mailbox warm-up.
What does HubSpot have that CrowdStack does not?
Human live chat, phone and messaging channels, newsletters and marketing automation, open and click tracking, meeting scheduling, quoting, a Slack integration and a large app marketplace. If any of those is core to how your team works, HubSpot is the better fit today.
