What happens when the discount ends?
The 50% discount runs for your first 12 months from the day you subscribe. After that your subscription renews at the usual £28 per user a month, or £240 a year if you pay yearly. We email you before the first full-price renewal, and you can change or cancel your plan any time before it.
Do we really get every product for one price?
Yes. Support, CRM, Revenue, Tasks, Feedback, and Docs are all included at the same rate, and they are built to work together rather than sold as separate products.
What counts as a user?
Anyone on your team who signs in to work in the app. The customers who email you, read your knowledge base, or track a request in the portal are never charged for, however many of them there are.
What is included in the subscription?
Hosting, daily backups, security, and support are all part of the price, along with every new feature as it ships. There is no setup fee and no separate charge for updates.
How do credits work?
Every user adds 500 credits a month to a pool the whole workspace shares, and AI work such as drafted replies, ticket routing, and portal chat spends from it. An AI reply costs about 5 credits. Need more? Extra credits are £10 per 1,000, bought up front as a balance that never expires, so spend can never run away from you.
Is anything else metered?
No. Email is not counted at all, and every workspace gets 100GB of storage, which is more than most teams use in years. Credits are the only thing on a meter. Fair usage applies.
Can we add and remove users?
Any time, and the change shows up on your next bill. There are no feature tiers to move between, so everyone gets every product from the day they join.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled whenever you like.
