- Functionality: features such as support portal visitor sessions so conversations can continue across page loads.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site.

Exact names may change as we improve the Service. Typical examples include:
- session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in to the agent app or ops tools;
- a theme preference cookie (for example
crowdstack-theme); - a support portal visitor cookie so anonymous chat sessions can be recognised.
Some cookies are first-party and set by CrowdStack. Others may be set by providers we use for hosting, email, or authentication, solely to deliver those services.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or other core features from working. Preference cookies can usually be cleared without stopping the Service from loading, though your theme choice may reset.
