CrowdStack vs Salesforce
Salesforce is the enterprise CRM: five editions, an app exchange and usually a partner to set it up. CrowdStack is a CRM, a help desk and a revenue dashboard for one flat price. Here is how they line up, including where Salesforce still wins.

Why teams pick CrowdStack
One price, no editions
Salesforce unlocks pipelines, automation, API access and SLAs edition by edition. CrowdStack is £28 a user a month with every feature and every product on it.
Support in the same window as the CRM
Above Starter Suite, service is a second cloud with a second licence. CrowdStack's shared inbox, knowledge base, SLAs and automations sit beside the contact and the deal.
Set up in an afternoon
No implementation partner, no admin certification. Forward your support address, connect Stripe, import a CSV, invite the team.
Revenue from Stripe, not from a report builder
Connect Stripe and MRR, churn and ARPA are on the dashboard, and the plan and lifetime value show on every contact, company and ticket.

Where Salesforce is the better choice
We would rather you pick the right tool than pick us. Stay on Salesforce if you run a large sales organisation with forecasting, territories and quoting, need deep customisation and a platform to build on, rely on AppExchange or Slack, or have compliance and audit requirements that only an enterprise vendor meets. Salesforce is the standard for that. CrowdStack is for growing teams who want a CRM, a help desk and the Stripe numbers in one simple tool at one price, without an admin or a partner to keep it running.
What is included
- SupportA shared inbox for customer support queries, with knowledge base, automation, and AI so your team replies faster.

- IssuesAn internal work tracker for your team: bugs, tasks, and projects, with a straight line back to the ticket or contact that started it.
- FeedbackCollect feature requests from your customers, let them vote, and publish a public roadmap board when you are ready.
- DocsAn internal wiki for your team, where a page can mention the ticket, contact, or deal it is about and link straight back to it.
Common questions
Is CrowdStack a Salesforce alternative?
For a growing team, yes. CrowdStack has contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, custom fields and forms, and adds a shared inbox, knowledge base, Stripe revenue, issues, a feedback board and a wiki. It does not have forecasting, territories, quoting, marketing automation, or a platform for building custom apps.
How does the price compare for a team of five?
Five users on CrowdStack cost £140 a month at the full rate, with every product and 2500 pooled AI credits included. Five users on Salesforce Starter Suite list at £100 a month, or £500 a month on Pro Suite, on an annual contract, before Agentforce, add-ons and any implementation work.
Can I import my data from Salesforce?
Contacts, accounts and opportunities export from Salesforce as CSV and import as contacts, companies and deals, with custom fields mapped across. Email us at support@crowdstack.org before you switch and we will walk through the mapping with you.
What does Salesforce have that CrowdStack does not?
Forecasting, territories and quoting, marketing automation, a customisable platform with AppExchange, a Slack integration, live chat and voice through add-ons, and enterprise compliance options. If any of those is core to how your team works, Salesforce is the better fit today.
